Our international transactions are processed according to mutually agreed commercial terms, documented deal conditions and the applicable banking transaction process.

Our Deal Conditions

Payment Methods

1. LC — Letter of Credit

We work with Letter of Credit (LC) arrangements where the buyer's bank issues the LC in favour of the seller according to the mutually agreed commercial terms.

The LC amount, validity, shipment period, required documents and payment conditions are agreed and confirmed before the transaction proceeds.

2. Advance by TT — Telegraphic Transfer

We also work with advance payment through Telegraphic Transfer (TT), where the buyer transfers the agreed advance amount to the seller's nominated bank account.

Order processing, production and shipment arrangements are carried out according to the agreed payment terms after the required advance payment has been received and cleared.

Banking Transaction Process

All applicable banking transactions are processed through the agreed banking channel after the commercial terms, documentation and payment conditions have been confirmed by the concerned parties.

Important: Payment method, agreed payment conditions, banking channel, required documentation and transaction requirements must be confirmed in writing before the order is finalized. Final commercial terms are subject to the mutually agreed contract or proforma invoice.
