At IMEA, we follow a clear and organized process to manage every order. From confirming the deal to starting production and providing order updates, we keep our clients informed at every stage.
Deal Locked
The process begins when the buyer and IMEA mutually confirm the order. Product specifications, quality, quantity, pricing and other agreed requirements are reviewed before the deal is finalized.
Once both parties agree to the terms, the order is confirmed and moves to the advance payment stage.
Advance Paid
The buyer pays the advance amount according to the mutually agreed payment terms. Our team verifies receipt of the payment before moving forward with order processing.
After the advance payment is confirmed, the order proceeds to the next stage.
Order Processed
After the deal is locked and the advance payment is received, we begin processing the order. Depending on the product, this may involve arranging raw materials, coordinating with manufacturing partners, production planning and preparing the order as per the confirmed specifications.
At this stage, resources and costs may already have been committed to procurement and manufacturing. Therefore, buyers should carefully review all order details before confirming the deal and making payment.
Important: Advance Refund Policy
Once order processing or manufacturing has started, the advance payment is non-refundable under the agreed order terms because raw materials, production and related costs may already have been committed. Any cancellation or refund request is subject to the agreed contract and applicable legal requirements.
